Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead the adoption and embedding of our global Client Onboarding, KYC and AML platform across a 6,000-person organisation.

You will bridge Business, Product, Technology, Data, Compliance and Operations to realise measurable improvements in onboarding performance and regulatory compliance. You will own adoption strategy, drive global behavioural change, and partner with senior leaders to ensure visible sponsorship, governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑time transformation management experience or equivalent.
• Proven success delivering large and complex transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services.
• Knowledge of Onboarding and/or Client Lifecycle Management is a must.
• Comfortable working with internal teams of 50+ people across multiple geographies and time zones, with regular overlap with UK and US business hours.
• A collaborative leader who is inclusive, results‑driven and brings out the best in teams.
• Minimum of 4 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the organisational adoption strategy for the new onboarding, KYC and AML platform.
• Drive behavioural change across global business functions and transition from legacy processes.
• Develop adoption plans to maximise utilisation and minimise reversion to historical practices.
• Partner with senior leaders to create sponsorship and accountability for change.
• Establish adoption metrics and monitor user behaviours to mitigate risks.
• Lead governance forums and transformation reporting for senior leadership.
