Job summary

The role leads onboarding and client service professionals, coordinates with Compliance, Credit, Operations, Sales, and Technology, and drives improvements while maintaining strong client focus and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client onboarding or related financial services roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Excellent client service, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, account maintenance, and client service workflows.
• Monitor queues, aging items, service levels, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Credit, Operations, Sales, and Technology.
• Coach team members and promote consistent service delivery.
• Maintain procedures, reporting, and internal guidance.
