Job summary

G MASS Consulting seeks a KYC/Onboarding Lead to manage all aspects of KYC and onboarding for a leading alternative investments client. You will oversee a small team, manage workflows, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with a focus on process improvements and client relationships. This is a client-facing position based in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with KYC documents and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of financial services and asset management operations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative with senior and junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Evaluate scope of work and project plans; recommend process enhancements.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Prepare trackers and lead client meetings with updates on progress and milestones.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and status.
• Identify and resolve gaps in processes and execution.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Adapt and become an expert on proprietary products and client business lines.
