StoneX Group Inc. seeks an experienced Transformation Manager to lead the adoption of the global Client Onboarding, KYC and AML platform across a 6,000-person organization.

This role bridges Business, Product, Technology, Data, Compliance and Operations to embed new capabilities into day-to-day work. You will drive adoption metrics, coordinate governance, and ensure rapid delivery translates into measurable improvements in onboarding performance, regulatory compliance and client experience.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of full-time transformation management experience
• Experience delivering large, complex transformation initiatives, ideally in financial services
• Knowledge of onboarding and/or client lifecycle management
• Comfortable working with internal teams of 50+ people across multiple geographies/time zones
• Collaborative leader who drives by example and values inclusivity
• Minimum of 4 days in the office per week

Aufgaben

• Own the organisational adoption strategy for the onboarding platform
• Drive behavioural change across global functions and reduce legacy processes
• Develop and execute adoption plans to maximise new capabilities
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure sponsorship and accountability
• Establish adoption metrics and monitor user behaviours
• Coordinate governance forums and transformation reporting
