You will partner with SMEs and operational stakeholders to maintain accurate, scalable curriculum across the organization.

The role focuses on translating complex concepts into learner-friendly content, ensuring effective workforce readiness through structured materials and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing training content, curriculum, instructional materials, or learning programs.
• Experience working with technical, operational, manufacturing, industrial, or business process documentation.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-focused content.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, maintain, and continuously improve training content for workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with Training Operations Leads, Technical Trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to create high-quality learning materials.
• Own the training curriculum lifecycle to ensure accuracy, standardization, and scalability.
