Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a training specialist to design and facilitate forwarding and operations training courses. The role focuses on creating effective content and delivering programs that enhance field performance across locations.

You will support the deployment of training, including train-the-trainer initiatives, and participate in field visits to establish best practices for on-the-job training. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-2 years of experience as a trainer.
• Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in the Logistics industry preferred.
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate forwarding and operations training courses.
• Support deployment of training and “train the trainer” instruction including basic familiarization and new equipment training.
• Deploy as part of a field team for site visits.
• Establish training best practices and processes related to a comprehensive on the job training program.
