Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength seeks a Manager, Training & Education to lead the global training portfolio, overseeing sales onboarding, product education, and customer education. This hybrid role is based at the Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL, with in-office days Tue–Thu.

You will build scalable learning solutions, manage the LMS, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in training, learning & development, sales enablement, or customer education.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience developing training for customer-facing teams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and operating model for the global Training & Education function.
• Lead internal and external training and education programs.
• Oversee sales training, onboarding, product education, customer education, and Life Fitness Academy initiatives.
• Oversee Life Fitness Academy and global trainer network, including customer education and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Manage LMS, content strategy, and training operations.
