Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength seeks a Training & Education Manager to lead the execution of its global training and education portfolio. The role oversees sales training, onboarding, product education, customer learning, Life Fitness Academy programs, LMS administration, content management, and training operations.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations to scale learning solutions that boost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in training, learning & development, sales enablement, or customer education.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience developing training for customer-facing teams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the strategy, roadmap, and operating model of the global Training and Education function.

We're seeking a Training & Education Manager to lead the execution of our global training and education portfolio. This role will oversee a team responsible for sales training, onboarding, product education, customer learning, and Life Fitness Academy initiatives that drive commercial excellence. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, this role leads a global team responsible for sales training & onboarding, product education, customer education, Life Fitness Academy programming, learning management system administration, content management, and training operations. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations to build scalable learning solutions that improve business performance and customer experience.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. Monday and Friday are remote while Tuesday through Thursday are in-office collaboration days.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $81,000 - $117,400 annually. This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
