Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Manager, Training & Education to lead the global training and education portfolio. You will direct a team delivering sales training, onboarding, product education, and customer learning programs that drive commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the strategy, roadmap, and operating model of the global Training and Education function, ensuring programs align with commercial priorities and business objectives.
• Lead internal and external training and education programs.
• Oversee sales training, new-hire onboarding, product education, customer education programs, and Life Fitness Academy initiatives.
• Oversee the execution and development of Life Fitness Academy and the global trainer network, including customer education, Train-the-Trainer programs, and expansion across customers, distributors, education partners, and international markets.
• Manage the learning & enablement ecosystem, including learning management system, content & enablement communication strategy, and training operations.
• Partner with business leaders to improve commercial effectiveness and readiness.
• Lead and develop a team of learning professionals.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
