Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in training delivery or instructional leadership.
• Strong collaboration across teams and departments.
• Experience supporting frontline airport, contact center, and cargo teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Team Leads overseeing domestic and international instructors.
• Coach and evaluate classroom delivery to ensure excellence.
• Implement onboarding, course qualification, and certification frameworks.
• Define and monitor KPIs with dashboards for training effectiveness.
• Drive innovation in training delivery with digital platforms and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage cross-functional training projects using Agile or PMI methodologies.
