American Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Reservations in Fort Worth to lead cross-functional teams across the reservations network. You will drive operational performance, coach leaders, and translate strategy into disciplined execution at scale.

You will oversee site operations, partner with Strategy, Technology and Finance, and ensure consistent, empathetic customer experiences while delivering strong results across a global footprint.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
• 7+ years of related operational or leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading multi-layered teams through managers and people leaders.
• Proven ability as a leader of leaders with accountability for results and behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational performance across global reservation sites with focus on service, quality, productivity and costs.
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations through managers and frontline leaders.
• Use reports and customer insights to identify risks and needed corrective actions.
• Set priorities, deadlines, and remove barriers for consistent execution.
• Evaluate procedures to strengthen efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage budgets and cost drivers while identifying optimization opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers to build leadership capability and accountability.
• Champion a world-class customer experience using VOC/NPS and cross-functional partnerships.
