Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Global Trade to support and optimize Global Trade tools within the Raytheon export compliance environment. You will deploy capabilities, develop user resources, resolve tool issues, and support employees through process and system changes under the RTX Consent Agreement.

Responsibilities include SME guidance, collaboration with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations, plus delivering training and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing processes related to regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Experience applying, enhancing or deploying digital technology or Global Trade tools to facilitate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Global Trade tools and systems.
• Serve as SME for Global Trade technologies and workflows.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations to align tools with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate improvements.
• Develop training materials to drive adoption of Global Trade tools.
• Identify opportunities to optimize trade operations through automation and enhancements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
