Job summary

RTX seeks a Manager, Global Trade to implement and sustain Global Trade tools within the compliance environment. You will support deployment of capabilities, create user resources, and drive continuous improvement across systems.

Responsibilities include SME guidance, cross-functional collaboration with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations, plus training and process optimization to enhance trade efficiency.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience managing regulatory/compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Global Trade tools and systems.
• Serve as SME for Global Trade technologies and tool capabilities.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Operations and others.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate improvements and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver training, job aids, and reference materials.
• Identify opportunities to optimize trade operations through automation.
