Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior Global Trade advisor to integrate GT requirements into DT projects and ensure compliance is considered early across Pratt & Whitney and global sites. You will translate complex regulations into actionable tech and process requirements for project teams and senior stakeholders.

You will own GT technology capabilities, oversee data quality and logging, lead cross‑functional workstreams, and travel roughly 10% to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in ITAR/EAR compliance roles.
• Or advanced degree with 7+ years in ITAR/EAR compliance.
• US Person status required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Global Trade requirements into DT projects and ensure early compliance.
• Translate GT regulations into clear business/tech requirements for teams and leaders.
• Identify risks, gaps, and drive resolutions or elevate as needed.
• Own GT technology capabilities, including identity management and authorization tools.
• Provide GT oversight for infra, cloud, data platforms, and file-sharing environments.
• Ensure GT controls are embedded in architecture and processes.
