Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Intangible Transfers and Automated Export Compliance System (AECS) to lead Global Trade compliance initiatives.

The role reports to the Director, Global Trade, and involves driving automation, data-driven controls, and ABAC within the AECS portfolio while coordinating with Digital Technology and business units across RTX. This is a US-based, remote-capable position requiring a strong US‑person eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in roles engaging compliance with ITAR, EAR, and US sanctions regulations using automated export compliance tools such as classification software and SAP-GTS.
• US Person required: lawful permanent resident or protected individual as defined by US law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Global Trade initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across DT/GT portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Global Trade requirements into Digital Technology and ensure early compliance in projects and solutions.
• Act as senior Global Trade advisor to DT and business transformation initiatives across Pratt & Whitney and global sites.
• Translate GT requirements into clear business and technology requirements and present them to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Identify compliance risks, gaps, and misalignment; provide practical recommendations and drive resolution.
