Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Farmington, CT seeks a Manager, Global Trade to lead regulatory compliance initiatives, review export requests, and guide internal stakeholders on ITAR and EAR requirements. You will oversee the Global Trade GT Focal program, coordinate training, manage global trade platforms, and partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in export reviews, international travel, and hardware exports.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Global Trade Focal program across Corporate and sites.
• Serve as Global Trade Site Lead for Farmington Campus and related locations.
• Review export transactions, travel, visitor access, and data exports for compliance.
• Develop training and communications on regulatory requirements and policies.
• Manage Global Trade platforms and assist with audits and investigations.
