Collins Aerospace, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Manager, Global Trade - Global Trade Lead to oversee the Global Trade compliance program for Largo, FL and Cheshire, CT sites. The role focuses on adherence to global trade regulations, classification and licensing, and collaborating across functions to drive corrective actions and training.

Competenze

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Global Trade compliance role.
• Experience with export control regulations, including classification and licensing processes.
• Prior work experience with compliance audits or assessments.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Global Trade compliance program for assigned sites, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and policies.
• Provide guidance on export and import compliance matters, including classification, licensing, and documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Monitor and track compliance metrics, reporting trends and risks to leadership.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of global trade regulations.
• Support investigations into potential violations of trade laws and policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade compliance activities.
