Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of applicable work experience, OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in US import compliance operations and/or supply chain.
• 5+ years with FTZ, US Customs compliance, ITAR, EAR, FTR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ operation for Middletown, including customs docs, accounting, reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with US import regulations (ITAR, EAR, FTR, CBP).
• Prepare for audits, investigations, and internal reviews.
• Improve FTZ processes with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigation, and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver FTZ training across departments and share best practices.
