Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a Foreign Trade Zone Administration Manager for its Bridgeport, WV hybrid role. Lead FTZ operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize processes.

You will deliver FTZ training, manage audits, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to ITAR, EAR, FTR, and CBP requirements. This position supports global trade excellence within a major aerospace leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years of applicable work experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in US import compliance operations and/or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of experience with FTZ, US Customs compliance operations, or other trade compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR, FTR).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access to controlled systems and information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliant FTZ operation for the Bridgeport site.
• Maintain compliance with ITAR, EAR, FTR, CBP regulations with support of central Customs team.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve FTZ processes.
• Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver FTZ training and mentor staff.
