Job summary

Paycom seeks a Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead our global trade compliance program, covering export controls, sanctions, licensing, and due diligence. You will partner with Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to align controls with business needs and international operations.

The role requires 10+ years in trade compliance, deep EAR/OFAC knowledge, and hands-on experience with screening systems and GTM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in global trade compliance or related field.
• Deep knowledge of EAR, OFAC, ECCN, HTS, and licensing.
• Experience with restricted-party screening and GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restricted-party screening and sanctions programs.
• Manage export controls, licensing, and classification processes.
• Ensure import/compliance across borders for medical devices, lasers, components, software, and services.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
• Develop training and metrics to monitor program effectiveness.
