Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager 2, Global Trade to lead the Global Trade team across NGDS locations, including Linthicum, MD. You will oversee ITAR/EAR compliance, authorizations, and exemption usage while guiding talent development and program improvements.

Ideal candidates have senior-level export control experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple sites with travel up to 10%. Security clearance eligibility is required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Global Trade professionals.
• Acts as Empowered Official for ITAR/EAR compliance and licensing.
• Prepares export authorization packages when required.
• Drives metrics and governance for compliance programs.
• Advises on regulatory requirements and training for stakeholders.
