Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Manager 2, Global Trade to lead the Global Trade team and ensure ITAR/EAR compliance. The role supports diverse programs across NGDS, with travel up to 10% and collaboration with internal partners, Law Department, and business units.

The position requires strong regulatory expertise, clear communication, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams. Living within reasonable proximity to NGDS sites is beneficial for daily interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with export compliance experience.
• HS diploma/GED with some compliance exposure.
• Master's degree plus experience in regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Global Trade professionals and drive regulatory compliance.
• Serve as Empowered Official for ITAR/EAR matters and prepare export packages.
• Develop processes to improve accuracy and efficiency in trade controls.
