Qualifications

• 2+ years in import/export operations or related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Trade Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations and internal policies.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Inventory & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, auditable records of inventory and shipment activity.
• Reporting & Process Support: Support weekly and monthly reporting, including export summaries.
