Qualifications

• Working knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations and CBP procedures.
• 2+ years of experience in import/export operations, trade compliance, or international logistics.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices and export manifests.
• Verify HTS classifications and country of origin for accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers; monitor timelines and resolve delays.
• Maintain auditable inventory and shipment records; ensure traceability.
• Support weekly/monthly reporting and assist with SOP updates.
