Schmalz is seeking an Import / Export Compliance Specialist to coordinate and execute global shipment activities, including imports, exports, parcel, LTL/FTL, ocean, and air freight, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international regulations.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, cost optimization, and on-time delivery, requiring an analytical thinker who communicates well with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or export operations.
• Experience coordinating international freight across multiple regions is preferred.
• Experience with import/export compliance and customs classifications is highly preferred.
• Experience with customs tariff classifications (HTS/HS codes) is preferred.

Responsabilités
