• Standardize customs processes and support global policy implementation across regions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customs and trade compliance issues with expert guidance.
• Oversee customs brokers and external trade partners for performance and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate customs-related financial and compliance risks and support audit readiness.
• Analyze data on duties and performance to drive cost optimization and improvements.
