Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a logistics professional responsible for coordinating export shipments from the US to international destinations and preparing import paperwork for North American facilities. The role involves courier coordination, paperwork accuracy, and collaboration with project management and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate shipping documents, liaising with customers, and supporting global depot network strategy.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in conversations and read standard items.
• Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and handle multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Priority Shipping log and coordinate daily cross-functional meetings for shipment setup and dispatch.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork related to shipment requests is included with orders for proper pick and pack.
• Create commercial invoice templates and prepare shipment-specific versions for licenses or purposes.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure accurate information in requests.
• Follow up on delivery confirmation of shipments via the courier.
• Coordinate communication between distribution project management and warehouse to expedite processing.
