This role involves coordinating with couriers, handling proforma invoices where needed, and contributing to monthly shipping metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or 1-3 years experience.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use common programs.
• Ability to participate effectively in conversations.
• Ability to read standard items addressed to general readers.
• Ability to apply instructions from written or oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment requests in JDE and verify information.
• Ensure paperwork is included with orders for proper warehouse processing.
• Create proforma invoices when applicable.
• Coordinate with external personnel to confirm request details.
• Monitor delivery confirmations with couriers.
• Manage temperature monitoring devices.
• Prepare monthly shipping reports and metrics.
