Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills and ability to operate common programs.
• Professional proficiency: communicate effectively in conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Priority Shipping log and coordinate cross-functional meetings.
• Prepare and review shipment paperwork including commercial invoices and proforma versions.
• Liaise with internal/external customers to ensure accurate shipment information.
• Coordinate courier pick-ups and verify delivery confirmations.
• Assist with Global Depots setup and import/export strategy.
• Provide required information for entry filing with customs brokers.
