• Export expertise, preferably in pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled logistics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ocean and air exports, including pharma logistics requirements.
• Experience in export processes and regulatory compliance.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and logistics tools.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical handling standards (GDP, cold chain) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the export process from order receipt to shipment, including pharma and temperature-sensitive cargo.
• Prepare and review export documentation to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards (GDP, IATA).
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor and ensure integrity of temperature-controlled shipments throughout the export process.
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and managing shipments.
• Oversee picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 software.
• Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts as needed for loading and unloading shipments, ensuring safety standards.
• Assist in inventory control within the distribution center, ensuring proper handling of regulated pharmaceutical products.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders regarding shipment status and compliance.
