PCI Pharma Services in Illinois is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage international shipments, prepare import/export paperwork, and coordinate with project management teams. The role includes creating invoicing templates, liaising with customers, and ensuring timely delivery.

The position requires an associate degree with 1-3 years related experience, basic math and computer skills, and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills required for daily tasks.
• Basic Computer Skills: ability to perform common computer tasks.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: able to participate effectively in conversations.
• Ability to read standard items addressed to general readers.
• Intermediate Reasoning: apply common sense to instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Priority Shipping log and facilitate daily cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is included with the shipment order.
• Create commercial invoice templates and prepare shipment versions for licensing purposes.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure accurate information.
• Follow up on delivery confirmations with the courier.
• Coordinate communication between distribution PM and warehouse for expedited processing.
• Understand Courier Selection Strategy and schedule international pickups.
• Obtain authorization for dispatch and import permission as needed.
• Assist with Global Depot Network strategy planning and setup.
• Provide required information to customs brokers for import entry filing.
• Support Trade Compliance workload across multiple PCI locations.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies.
• Attendance to work is an essential function.
