Qualifications

Five years or more experience in shipping, warehouse operations, and distribution coordination.
Knowledge of GDP/GMP and regulatory requirements relevant to pharma distribution.
Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and RF scanning equipment.
Strong communication and problem solving skills in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
Monitor cold chain, GDP/GMP adherence, and hazardous materials handling where applicable.
Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, certificates, and regulatory records.
Collaborate with QA, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize performance and resolve issues.
