Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of customs transactions, working with Operations and Compliance to resolve issues and improve processes. You will support audits, perform root-cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions to reduce risk.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and typically 5 years in customs brokerage or trade compliance, with CCS or broker certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• CCS certification or licensed broker is recommended or progress toward certification.
• 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or related role.
• Strong understanding of customs brokerage operations and import regulations.
• Experience with post-entry corrections, protests, or duty recovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit customs entries to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and other filings within deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and regulatory compliance issues.
• Review invoices, documentation, and client instructions for accuracy.
• Support internal audits, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring.
