Livingston International seeks a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance for customs transactions, including post-entry activities, audits, and corrective actions. You will work with Operations, Compliance, and Post Entry to identify risks and drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in customs brokerage or trade compliance, with CCS or broker certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CCS or Licensed Custom Broker recommended, or progress toward a recognized trade compliance certification.
• 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, post-entry operations, customs audits, classification, or related import/export compliance role.
• Strong understanding of customs brokerage operations, import regulations, and trade compliance principles.
• Experience with post-summary corrections, protests, prior disclosures, duty recovery activities, or regulatory compliance reviews preferred.
• High level of accuracy with attention to detail and strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• Review and audit customs entries to ensure compliance with regulations, client requirements, and procedures.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and regulatory filings within deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve customs discrepancies, compliance issues, and duty assessments.
• Review commercial invoices and supporting records for completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
