Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Trade Compliance & Logistics Manager to lead global logistics, export controls, and supply chain execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation initiatives in a high-velocity tech environment.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 7+ years in export/import trade compliance, global logistics, and supply chain ops.
Regulatory Expertise: BIS EAR, CBP import regs, HTSUS/Schedule B, ECCN determinations.
Technical & System Proficiency: SAP GTS; Google Gemini Enterprise; AI tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead non-technical operations for fulfillment and repair programs; manage CM integrations and automated pick-up program.
Oversee SLAs for DC and 3PL ops; resolve complex export/import clearance issues.
Redesign RMA receiving processes; define cross-department R&R; enforce quality controls.
Develop and execute EOQ improvements; maximize FTZ savings and throughput.
Improve pallet labeling, carton packaging, and freight processing for efficiency.
