Job summary

Western Digital is seeking a Global Customs Trade Programs & Supply Chain Programs Expert. This strategic role develops, implements, and improves a portfolio of global trade programs including supply chain security, sustainability, record retention, and AI-enabled compliance.

You will lead governance, drive audits with CBP/regulators, and partner with IT, Legal, Logistics to embed trade program requirements. Experience in customs, ESG, and AI-assisted analytics required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for customs trade initiatives including Supply Chain Security, Sustainability, Record retention and Compliance assurance programs.
• Drive the organization to secure and maintain CTPAT Trade Compliance certification and support sites in securing AEO certifications.
• Serve as liaison with internal teams and legal during audits by CBP and other regulators.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to streamline trade program workflows.
• Integrate sustainability requirements into supply chain operations to align with ESG goals and regulatory obligations.
• Institute governance models and participate in industry associations to benchmark program value.
