Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Compliance Trade Programs to lead global trade compliance initiatives including import/export classification, country of origin, and AEO/CTPAT programs. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with customs brokers, and drive process improvements across tax and supply chain functions.

The role requires 10+ years in trade compliance, strong leadership, and expertise in SAP/GMP data governance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of global Trade Compliance principles including classifications and licenses.
• Experience with customs regulations, FDA importing rules, EAR & Census requirements.
• 10+ years leading high-performing trade compliance teams.
• Ability to transform strategy into innovative solutions with existing resources.
• Strong analytical, change management and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trade compliance policies, procedures and manuals.
• Oversee classification, ECCN, origin, duty optimization and record-keeping.
• Audit data governance in SAP and global product databases.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders and IT for automation.
• Provide training and guidance on trade programs to internal teams.
• Lead software selections and implementations for trade programs.
• Monitor regulatory updates and report to senior management.
