Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist - Global Trade to lead and scale Palantir's global trade compliance program. You will guide ITAR/EAR implementation, assess export controls, and act as the primary contact for engineering teams seeking regulatory guidance across international operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk or compliance roles (stated in job).
• Experience with export controls and ITAR/EAR regulations preferred.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and manage regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage submissions of U.S. government trade controls and license applications.
• Provide regulatory guidance on ITAR/EAR implementation to product teams.
• Advise on foreign national access to ITAR-controlled data and international travel considerations.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on third parties using compliance tools.
• Coordinate across stakeholders on export controls, sanctions, and third-party integrity initiatives.
