Job summary

ASML is seeking a Customs Analyst to ensure compliance with global import/export regulations in Chandler, AZ. You will manage filings, review requirements, and support training and process improvements to keep pace with evolving trade rules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trade compliance, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and data-analysis skills. This on-site role includes up to 10% travel and collaboration with global teams to optimize compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5+ years in trade compliance or customs operations.
• ERP familiarity (SAP or Oracle) and data-analytics capability.
• Spotfire experience preferred; project management exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Review Customs and export requirements and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare and update training materials for import/export compliance.
• Maintain and improve internal procedures and presentations.
• Develop and implement new compliance processes and project plans.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations.
• Support Duty Drawback processes and global improvement projects.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve compliance efficiency and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, scope and quality goals are met.
• Travel up to 10% annually within the US and internationally.
