Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in trade compliance or customs operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Review customs and export requirements and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare and update training materials for import/export compliance.
• Maintain and improve internal procedures and presentations.
• Develop and implement new compliance processes and project plans.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations.
• Support duty drawback processes and global improvement projects.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve compliance efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and quality goals.
• Travel up to 10% within the US and internationally.
