Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Customs Manager in San Diego, CA to lead our global customs strategy with a strong U.S. compliance focus. You will collaborate with finance, legal and cross-functional teams to drive governance and risk management across customs processes.

You will monitor evolving regulations, guide strategic decisions, and represent ASML with customs authorities, audits and rulings, while enabling approved remote work up to two days weekly and supporting travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, supply chain, law, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in customs compliance, international trade, or related regulatory disciplines.
• Experience managing customs compliance programs within the United States.
• Experience leading customs initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred; Licensed Customs Broker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customs laws and regulations and assess their impact on ASML's business operations.
• Advise leaders and stakeholders on customs implications related to business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with finance, legal, compliance, and other business functions to provide integrated customs guidance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve customs compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance customs control frameworks, with a strong focus on U.S. customs compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead or support business improvement projects as the customs subject matter expert.
• Represent ASML in interactions with customs authorities, including audits, rulings, agreements, and regulatory discussions.
