ASML US, LLC is seeking a Customs Manager in San Diego, CA to lead our global customs strategy with a strong U.S. compliance focus. You will collaborate with finance, legal and cross-functional teams to drive governance and risk management across customs processes.
You will monitor evolving regulations, guide strategic decisions, and represent ASML with customs authorities, audits and rulings, while enabling approved remote work up to two days weekly and supporting travel as needed.
As a Customs Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling ASML's global business while ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Your work will help support the movement of advanced technology across international borders, allowing ASML to continue driving innovation in the semiconductor industry.
In this Customs Manager role, you will develop, implement, and govern ASML's global customs strategy with a strong focus on U.S. customs compliance. You will oversee customs-related activities, manage risk, and guide the organization through an evolving regulatory landscape. By partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help support business growth while maintaining compliance across customs-related processes, systems, and decisions.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
As a Customs Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping ASML navigate complex customs requirements while supporting business objectives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen compliance programs, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.

This position is located on-site in San Diego, California. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to support collaboration, compliance activities, and cross-functional partnership.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$110,250-165,375
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
