Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience
• Preferred: Bachelors Degree in HR or Business
• Strong MS Office skills
• Confidentiality and data privacy awareness

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data across systems and process employee records
• Answer inquiries from employees and managers within SLA
• Support ESS and MSS adoption with real-time guidance
• Maintain personnel files and regulatory data (I-9, self-identification)
• Coordinate internal and external HR audits
• Process invoices and incentive payments
• HRIS maintenance for hiring, termination, and position management
• Prepare regulatory/statutory reporting and postings
