Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Service Delivery support professional to act as the primary client contact for the client service teams and operations, ensuring quality standards, client records integrity, and compliant release and billing processes across multiple transportation modes.

You will maintain tariff data, verify documentation, and collaborate with carriers and customs to optimize service delivery while upholding Livingston standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct working relationships with clients and carriers.
• Prioritize and complete work per client needs and customs requirements.
• Create and maintain client tariff databases and data defaults.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Create and adhere to SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Ensure accurate release and rating of shipments across all modes.
• Provide guidance to Release Operations members to meet service levels.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, customs, and PGA's as needed.
• Conduct internal audits and support performance reporting.
