Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in customs brokerage or related operations.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct working relationship with clients and carriers.
• Prioritize work according to client needs and customs requirements.
• Create and maintain client tariff databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Create and adhere to client SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Ensure accurate release and rating of shipments across transport modes.
