Job summary

Material is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tracking to lead research, projects, and a growing team. You will mentor direct reports, manage client relationships, and partner with department leaders to drive large-scale tracking engagements.

You will act as a thought partner, translating complex data into compelling stories, and overseeing data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. A strong background in SPSS and business analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, business, economics, or a related field is required.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Ability to supervise direct reports and provide mentorship.
• Experience leading large tracking engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
