Job summary

Material, a global insight and marketing partner, seeks a Senior Associate of Insights to support day-to-day research engagements across multiple clients and categories. This hybrid role can be based near Los Angeles, Austin, or New York City, collaborating with Strategy & Insights teams and senior leadership.

You will develop questionnaires, manage field processes, run data, and help build client-ready deliverables while maintaining meticulous quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years market research experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day research engagements of medium to high complexity.
• Support questionnaire development, data QC, and field management.
• Contribute to data running, tabulation, and quality control across projects.
• Create deliverables including slide decks, charts, and data QC.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
