Job summary

Material is a global strategy partner helping brands design and deliver rewarding customer experiences. The Senior Manager, Global Tracking will lead client relationships, manage projects, and mentor a team while partnering with Fortune 500 clients and department leaders.

You will grow your team, drive large-scale tracking engagements, and translate complex data into compelling stories, leveraging collaboration across programming, design, data collection, marketing, and data science teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, business, economics, or related field.
Experience with tracking methodologies preferred.
Willing to coordinate and lead daily team activities.
Able to supervise direct reports and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

Act as a thought partner to clients, educating them about the process and building trust.
Lead project activities and achieve strong financial results.
Manage data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting; translate findings into stories.
Drive long-term tracking engagements as main client contact with internal stakeholders.
Mentor team members and support development of direct reports.
