Material is a global company driving intelligent growth for top brands. This Senior Associate, Insights role supports day-to-day research engagements, builds questionnaires, manages field operations, and ensures high-quality data and insights.

You will contribute to deliverables with strong analysis, synthesis, and POVs, while working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Training and development opportunities are available within Material.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of market research experience.
• Experience with basic market research concepts and methods.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to impact clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day needs of medium to high complexity research engagements, ensuring high-quality insights and recommendations.
• Develop and publish questionnaires; conduct data QC and field management with internal teams and partners.
• Produce deliverables including slides, charts, and data QC with involvement in synthesis and writing.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
