Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Global Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Expert for its Global Centre of Expertise in Alba (CN). In this role, you will develop and deploy methodologies around Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills to influence teams globally. Proficiency in English is essential, and your proactive approach will drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing/WCM/TPM methodologies implementation.
• Demonstrated track record of successful results delivery.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and deploy FOX methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing and TPM.
• Coordinate best practices, continuous improvement, and workshops.
• Assess and validate the maturity of the FOX program implementation.
